Thank you for your interest in BIG CAT Animation's services, including workshops, subscriptions to ART GYM, and mentorships. We strive to provide high-quality learning experiences and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or enrolling.

Workshop Enrollment Refunds:

• A full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees) will be issued if a cancellation request is received 5 days or more before the scheduled start date of the workshop.

• For cancellation requests received between 1 and 5 days before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund (minus any applicable transaction fees) will be issued.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled start date or for non-attendance.

The Complete Workshops (Bundle) Refunds:

• If you have enrolled in the full Animation Marathon bundle, the refund policy applies to the entire package. Cancellation of individual workshops within the bundle is not permitted after the first workshop has commenced.

• Refunds for the full bundle will be considered based on the timeline relative to the start date of the first workshop in the series.

ART GYM Subscription Refunds:

• Refunds for ART GYM subscriptions are generally not offered for the current billing cycle once access has been granted. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

• For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to review by BIG CAT Animation.

Mentorship Refunds:

• Refunds for mentorship programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of service already provided.

• If you cancel your mentorship before the first session, a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees) may be issued.

• Once mentorship sessions have commenced, refunds will be at the discretion of BIG CAT Animation.

Digital Products:

• Refunds for digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, pre-recorded tutorials) are generally not offered once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing the content, please contact us for assistance.

Live Stream Events:

• Fees for live stream events are generally non-refundable. However, if BIG CAT Animation cancels the live stream, a full refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund:

• Your full name

• The name of the workshop(s), subscription type, or mentorship program

• The date of enrollment or purchase

• The reason for your refund request

Changes or Cancellations by BIG CAT Animation:

BIG CAT Animation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, modify subscription content, or adjust mentorship schedules due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment/participation. In such cases, affected participants will be offered a full refund for the specific service, the option to transfer their enrollment/participation to a future offering, or other suitable alternatives.
