Enrollment in BIG CAT Animation workshops is subject to availability and payment of the specified fees. BIG CAT Animation reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its discretion. Participants are expected to abide by any rules or guidelines communicated by the instructors during the workshops.

4. Payment:

Workshop fees and other service charges are as displayed on our website and are subject to change. All payments must be made in [Currency] through the payment methods specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content provided by BIG CAT Animation, including but not limited to logos, text, images, videos, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of BIG CAT Animation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the workshop materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from BIG CAT Animation. Any work created by participants during the workshops remains the intellectual property of the participant. However, BIG CAT Animation may request permission to showcase participant work for promotional purposes.

6. User Content (if applicable):

If you submit any content to BIG CAT Animation (e.g., feedback, testimonials, artwork), you grant BIG CAT Animation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you submit and that the content is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate these Terms and Conditions or the rights of any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIG CAT Animation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) 1 arising out of or relating to your use of our services or enrollment in our workshops.  

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to BIG CAT Animation for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIG CAT Animation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
